Below are some reasons why your home may be hanging around:

- Your home is priced through the roof.
- Boring interior and no landscaping.
- No online presence.
- Low commissions. Professionals make sure their customers are shown properties that offer a payoff.
- Lack of maintenance, including wall marks, ceiling stains, leaky faucets, fossil-like furnaces.
